Project Management
Edserve has experience in managing projects, especially those requiring extensive knowledge of training and education. Edserve has managed the Executive Officer and administrative services for VETnetwork Australia; Australian Federation of SOSE; the Queensland History Teachers’ Association and the Early Childhood Teachers’ Association.

Teacher professional development and support to Registered Training Organisations
Edserve will provide support to schools and organisations as they work towards quality training and assessment. Edserve can assist with Internal Review and Internal Audit meetings under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Edserve staff, working with the EREA Flexible Learning Network  have experience in conducting training programs for TAA 40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Resource and evaluation
Edserve has extensive experience in working with organisations, including DEEWR, the Queensland Studies Authority, Curriculum Corporation, Central Queensland University, and Access Education to conduct research and write reports.

Edserve has experience in organising large and small conferences, and is the Secretariat for a number of professional associations. Conferences managed by Edserve include the national conferences for VETnetwork Australia (2002-2008) and state conferences for the Queensland History Teachers Association (1987-2009), Business Educators’ Association of Queensland (2007-2009), Early Childhood Teachers’ Association (2007), the national Social Educators’ Association (2007), the Queensland Catholic Education Commission Conference (2008), the National Complementary and Alternative Medicine Research Conference (2009) and National Career Development Week Forums in Adelaide, Sydney, Hobart, Perth, Darwin and Brisbane (2009).
